Melt butter in pot. Chop onions and add to pot and. Saute until translucent. Add salt, pepper, old bay, bay, and thyme for a couple of minutes. Add chopped celery, carrots, and garlic until softened. Add white wine, broth, potatoes and corn. cook until potatoes are tender 10 minutes. stir in seafood and milk. cook until fish is flaky 5 to 8 minutes.
