Instructions

Step 1
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.

Step 2
Lightly rinse fillets in water.
Step 3
Marinate the Hake fillets for as long as possible (aim 30-60 mins).
Step 4
Cover each fillet in flour.

Add olive oil to a pan (layer covering surface of the pan, 1/3 thickness of fish).
Step 6
Cook n both sides for some minutes until crispy golden.
