Instructions
Sauce
Step 1
Stir together oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken stock, and cornstarch in small bowl. Reserve.
Noodles
Step 2
Heat pan to high and add oil. Once whisps of white smoke, at garlic, ginger and cook until light brown and fragrant, about 20 seconds.
Step 3
Stir in chicken and cook until medium. About 1 min.
Step 4
Stir in noodles and bok choy. Cook until bok choy starts to soften, about 1 minute.
Step 5
Stir in sauce, allow it to coat ingredients and simmer, about 1 min.
Step 6
Cook until chicken cooked through and sauce starts to bubble into a glaze.
Step 7
Top with scallions, serve hot.
