Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter and slowly fry onion, garlic, anchovy and thyme until meltingly soft
Step 2
Pour in cream and stock heat through and season
Step 3
Add cream to sliced vegetables
Step 4
Mix breadcrumbs, thyme, rosemary and cheese
Step 5
Scatter over vegetables and cover with foil for first 30 mins and uncovered for another 30 mins
