Instructions

Step 1
Line a baking tray with parchment then roll out a sheet of puff pastry . On half of the puff pastry spread 4 tablespoons of pesto . You can use any pesto you prefer .

Crumble 100 grams of the goats cheese on top then add 4 sliced sun dried tomatoes and chopped parsley . Fold over the pastry then pinch down at the sides

Step 3
On the top layer of pastry start the process again on half of the puff pastry spread 2’tbsp pesto crumble 50 grams goats cheese slice two sundries tomatoes and spread around then add more parsley . Fold the pastry over again and pinch down the sides . Cut into 8 slices then twist each slice so they look like bows . Brush the top with milk or you can use beaten egg with milk then sprinkle cumin seeds on top and bake at 200 c for 20 minutes or until golden
