Instructions
Step 1
Put oil in pan and pan fry the chicken until brown and set aside.
Step 2
Add onions, garlic, bell peppers and green beans to pan and sauté until the onions are translucent.
Step 3
Put back the chicken into the pan and add Guinness and reduce the volume by half.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste and chilli powder and ginger paste
Step 5
Cook for a further 15 minutes or so altogether.
