Y’ALL. This stuff is CRAZY GOOD. Like “forget you have to feed it to everyone else” good. Like “standing over the kitchen sink eating it with a spoon” good. Like “don’t judge me for eating the whole bowl” good. Pro-tip: roll your citrus on the countertop applying pressure with your hands to yield more juice.

Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor fitted with an “S” blade, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Blend for 1 minute.
Step 2
Scrape the sides of the processor if necessary, add olive oil, and blend for 4 more minutes.
Step 3
If the hummus is too thick, add in a little water and pulse it through until your desired consistency is reached.
Step 4
Hummus will likely be warm when finished blending from the heat of the blade.
Step 5
Throw on any desired toppings. Mine has leftover goodies from homemade bagel chips, but just everything bagel seasoning would be fantastic! Serve with fresh veggies, warm pita, or bagel chips!
