Stove Top Medium Heat
Heat oil
in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat bell pepper and next 4 ingredients, cook 5 minutes or until bell pepper is tender, stirring frequently
Stir In
Nestle fish fillets
Stir in wine next 3 ingredients, into tomato mixture, cover and simmer 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, Remove fish from skillet, set aside, and keep warm
