Ingredients
8 servings
1 x 8 ouncefeta
block, good quality, pat very dry
2 tablespoonsoil
divided
1 ½ tablespoonshoney
½ cupherb dipping oil
refer to our previous recipe

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Step 2
2. Lightly grease baking dish with 1 tablespoon oil.
Step 3
3. Place block of dried feta into the center of the baking dish.
Step 4
4. Brush tops and sides of feta with remaining oil.
Step 5
5. Bake feta for 10 to 12 minutes, until soft and warm. If a lot of liquid has accumulated around feta, carefully drain.
Step 6
6. Brush honey over warmed feta and broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 7
7. Remove from broiler and drizzle with herb oil.
Step 8
8. Top with optional garnishes if you want.
Step 9
9. Serve with crostini, crusty bread, etc.
