Instructions

Jager Sauce

Step 1
Heat butter over mid-heat and fry bacon with onions until cooked and golden brown

Add mushrooms and saute for 2 mins

Sprinkle with flour until well mixed

Pour broth and cream into pan
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper ans thyme

Bring to a boil

Turn down heat and summer for 10-15mins

Schnitzel

Step 8
Place pork chops on cutting board and thin them to 2inch pieces

In a small bowl beat eggs with cream
Step 10
Dip pork chops in flour
Step 11
Dip pork chops in egg mix
Step 12
Dip pork chops in breadcrumbs
Step 13
Cook in pan 2-4mins on each side
Step 14
Plate and cover with Jager Sauce
