Instructions
Step 1
Cook 250gr pasta until al dente in salted water.
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a pan on medium heat with cherry tomatoes & two cloves minced garlic
Step 3
Cook until the tomatoes are soft, then mash them with a spoon and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 4
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and mix.
Step 5
Add 1 cup of cream and mix well. When everything is simmering, season your sauce.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese with a splash of pasta water.
Step 7
Cook together for a few minutes.
Step 8
It's ready!
