Instructions
Step 1
Remove cooked octopus tentacles from the package, clean and set aside; Mince some garlic and slice lemon into wedges.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, dried parsley and black pepper powder. Add the juice of one of the sliced lemons.
Step 3
Heat up 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet. Once oil gets hot, lay the tentacles directly in the skillet to sear. Leave them for 2 minutes, then flip them over and char the other side for a further 2 minutes. Finally add in the lemon, parsley and oil mixture to cook for another minute and serve with extra lemon wedges.
