Instructions

Step 1
Soften 1 Tbsp butter; mix with peach preserves.
Step 2
Sprinkle chops with seasonings. In lg. skillet, heat 1 Tbsp butter over med.-high heat; brown chops (2-3 min. per side.) Remove from pan.
Step 3
In same pan, sauté peppers (5-6 min.) in remaining butter over med.-high heat until crisp-tender & lightly browned. Add chops; top with preserves mixture..
Step 4
Cook (30-60 sec.), uncovered, until heated through. If desired, serve with rice.
