Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, mix together eggs, cottage cheese, cream cheese, green onions and half of the gruyere cheese and season with salt and pepper. You can keep keep this mixture in the fridge in a mason jar for up to 1 week
Step 2
Fill each cup to the max line of the egg bites maker. Then top each cup with extra gruyere cheese and a slice of crumbled turkey bacon, or whatever you have on hand.
Step 3
Fill the water reservoir with 90ml or 3oz. Replace tray, cover with the lid, and plug in the egg bites maker. Both lights will come on.
Step 4
When the green light turns off, unplug the egg bite maker remove the tray, and remove the lid to prevent condensation. Let rest in the tray for one minute and slide them onto your plate.
