Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Line sheet pan with parchment paper. Spray fillets with olive oil spray. Season with taco seasoning on both sides. Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk together sour cream, Splenda and lime juice.
Step 3
Meanwhile cook frozen cauliflower rice according to the directions.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix cabbage and red bell pepper. Whisk together ranch dressing, vinegar and sriracha. Pour over cabbage and mix well.
Step 5
Fill 2 bowls with 1 c rice, 1/2 c slaw, 6 oz tilapia fillet and 1 oz avocado. Drizzle with lime crema.
