Instructions
Step 1
Dice the red onion and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Add all ingredients besides water and chicken into a ziploc bag and mix together.
Step 3
Add the boneless skinless chicken thighs to the bag.
Step 4
Add enough water to allow the mixture to coat all the thighs (not to much, you don’t want it watery).
Step 5
Let marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, overnight is optimal.
Step 6
Cook the chicken thighs on a skillet or Griddle.
