Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes until creamy and light yellow in color. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Step 2
Mix in dry ingredients until all is combined.
Step 3
Chill overnight or at least 1 hour.
Step 4
Roll out dough and cut cookies. Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes.
Step 5
This makes about 3 dozen cookies.
