Step 1
Boil water and begin cooking the pasta in a large pot
Step 2
Heat one cup of heavy cream and the two tablespoons of butter on medium high heat until reduced by about half
Step 3
After it has reduced, add a half cup of heavy cream to stop the cooking process
Step 4
Take the finished noodles and drop the noodles into the sauce pan
Step 5
Add the Parmesan cheese, mix until we’ll combined, add salt and pepper to taste, also a little ground nutmeg if desired. Also add 1/4 cup of water from the pot of boiling noodles
