Instructions

Step 1
Put all ingredients except the feta in a large deep pan and fry with some coconut oil for 10 -15 minutes until warmed through.
Step 2
In a separate pot, mix up the dressing. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes before adding to the pan and mix well.
Step 3
Sprinkle feta on top when ready to serve.
