Summer Zucchini Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Saute onion and garlic and olive oil over medium heat (2 - 3 minutes)

● Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes

● Add the zucchini and mushrooms and stir

● Add bouillon (broken up), water, and basil and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste

● Cover and cook on medium heat approximately 20 minutes or until zucchini is soft. Once

soft, turn off heat and let sit

● While sauce is cooking, cook pasta
Step 8
● Dran and return to pot, then add the sauce to the pot and mix well

● Add extra olive oil to bring the pasta and sauce together
Step 10
● Plate and add parmesan to taste
