Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil over medium in a small skillet. Add 2/3 cup of the banana peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned, 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer to a mini food processor and let cool completely. Add feta and lemon juice. Process until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
