Penne Pasta With Vegetables

I just love really easy, tasty & light pasta dishes. This recipe hits the mark. Great all year long, especially in the Spring & Summer when you don't want something that's too heavy. The sauce is really good.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta according to the package directions and drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
Step 2
Combine the reserved cooking liquid, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet, and cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Stir the vegetables into the sauce and cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 or until the sauce is bubbly and the vegetables are heated through.
Step 4
Fold the pasta together with the sauce.
Step 5
Serve immediately garnished with the nuts.
