Step 1
Cook rice in rice cooker. For meat, mix the beef mince with the meat sauce listed above. Mix the gochujang sauce separately in a bowl. Warm carrots and cucumber slightly. 45 seconds in microwave. It balances the spice of the bibimbap sauce if they’re not hot. Cook egg how you like! We like over easy eggs on top of the bibimbap bowl. Put the rice into a bowl and add the meat, assorted vegetables, seasoned seaweed, bibimbap sauce, and the egg on top. Serve.
