Instructions

Step 1
Heat a large pan over medium low heat. Pour heavy cream into the pan and add in gochujang and minced garlic. Stir well to combine. The heavy cream should create a thin layer over the bottom of your pan.

Once the heavy cream starts to simmer, let it simmer until the cream slightly caramelizes (2-3 mins) and then carefully crack in your eggs. Cover and allow them to cook undisturbed for a few minutes until the egg whites begin to set but the yolks remain runny or until your desired level of doneness.

Once cooked to your preference, season with black pepper, salt and grated parmesan cheese.
