Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in a large saucepan and stir to combined. Place over high heat and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook uncovered for 5 minutes or until slightly reduced
Step 2
Serve the lentils warm with your choice of coconut yoghurt, avocado, mashed potatoes or pasta. Scatter over whichever toppings you like and serve.
