6boneless chicken thighs

¼ cupflour
use almond flour for GF

2.5 Tablespooncorn starch

2 teaspoonblack pepper

1 teaspoononion powder

½ teaspoonginger powder

½ teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoonpaprika

vegetable oil
for frying

¾ cupfresh orange juice

3 tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
use

1 ½ tablespoonsrice vinegar

2 tablespoonsbrown sugar

½ tablespoonminced garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken into 1/2 inch pieces and place in a bowl. Add in the four, 1 tablespoon corn starch, salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, onion powder, paprika, and ginger powder. Coat the chicken entirely.
Step 2
In a deep frying pain, bring the oil to a medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown.
Step 3
Meanwhile, whisk all the remaining ingredients together. Transfer to a hot skillet or frying pan and cook on low-heat, simmering until the sauce thickens up.
Step 4
Transfer the fried chicken to the sauce and mix to coat well. Let the sauce and chicken simmer together for 1-2 minutes, and then remove from heat.
Step 5
Serve over rice. Can garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
