Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine chicken, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes then cook in a skillet over high heat until chicken is fully cooked through and slightly crisp. To build a sandwich, cut open pita bread, spread garlic sauce inside top with Shawarma, tomato, pickled turnips, pickles, and marinated onions. Place onto Panini press until crisp. Slice in half and enjoy.
