Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare fish by par boiling for 15 minutes in shallow water in pan. Let cool, remove bones and skin if there. Flake white part only of fish with a fork.

3. Let mixture sit in fridge for at least 4hrs

4. Form into pattys and fry in oil until golden brown
