Instructions

Step 1
Start by adding your spices in a bowl

Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika,cayenne pepper and mix until well combined

Use one teaspoon of spice mix to season chicken breast

Properly mix spices with chicken breast and set aside

Use one teaspoon of spice mix to season shrimps and set aside

In a food processor or blender add tomatoes and chili pepper

Blend until smooth and set aside

In a large pot or pan, add a little oil, fry chopped chicken breasts until cooked and set aside

Add little oil to pan again, fry chopped sausages until cooked and set aside

Add oil to pan, fry shrimps until cooked and set aside

Add little oil and fry chopped onion and grated ginger

Give this a good mix and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes then add blended tomatoes and chili

Add the rest of the spice mix, thyme, chicken bouillon cube and mix

Fry on low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes

Add chopped red bell peppers, washed rice, chicken stock and water

Mix, cover the pot and allow to cook on low heat for 30 minutes

Once cooked add fried chicken breast, sausage, shrimps and spring onions
