Step 1
1. Open cans and spread in a bowl and remove small bones

2. Mix all ingredients extremely well in deboned canned salmon

3. Place lid on bowl aside for 15 minutes So that the season will sit in salmon and enhance the flavor. Do not put in refrigerator because it will mixture to retain water and that’s no good.

4. Make handful patties be careful not to make them to big because if to thick they will not be enjoyable. To make great patties grab a handful and roll until you get a nice size ball then flatten.
Step 5
5. Place in greased frying pan ( I grease with butter) for about 10 minutes until golden brown and then flip until other side is also golden brown.
