Southern Style Boiled Cabbage
6 steps
Prep:15minCook:30min
Boiled, sautéed or fried are three of the ways to enjoy cabbage. My mom made them several ways but this recipe is for boiled cabbage. I boil my cabbage in water and chicken stock with a piece of smoked meat in the pot. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as I do.
