120gchicken breast
raw, sliced into strips

2garlic cloves
crushed

1 pinchpaprika

½ teaspoonground cumin

lime juice

0.33green capsicum
small, deseeded and sliced

5cherry tomatoes
halved

0.25avocado
medium, diced

fresh coriander
finely chopped

1 x 100gwholegrain wrap
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine chicken, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and a big squeeze of lime juice. Set aside.

2. Heat a griddle pan (or frypan) over medium heat and spray with olive oil. Sauté onion for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring

regularly. Add green and red capsicum and continue cooking, stirring regularly, until softened and lightly charred,

about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Return the pan to heat and spray with olive oil, add seasoned chicken strips and cook, turning regularly, for 5 to 6 minutes until cooked through.
