Instructions

Step 1
Clean the chicken, add to oil and turn the flame high. Once it starts bubbling, add 1 tsp salt and fry for 10 mins or until it turns golden.
Step 2
Add 750g whole tomatoes (8/9) and fry for further 5 mins.
Step 3
Drain all the excess oil and set aside. Peel off the tomato skins and mash them to form gravy. Keep the flame high.
Step 4
Once gravy forms and oil comes up, add 4/5 chopped green chillies and 0.5 tsp black pepper and cook for 5 mins
