Instructions

Step 1
Weave the bacon kind of like a basket weave, mix the egg and seasonings with your ground meat, add the optional cheese to the mince meat and make it into a patty, place the burger in the center of your bacon weave and wrap the rest around it. Cook in the pan on both sides for 4-5 minutes and then transfer to oven preheated to 350 degrees for another 8-10 depending on how done you would like your burger and bacon. Serve on bread or bun with favorite burger toppings and condiments.
