Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken in the cold water and boil it to reduce the poultry smell.
Step 2
Cut ginger into large (12 pieces); peel the garlic; cut green onions, red pepper.
Step 3
Pour the right amount of sesame oil, first saute ginger.
Step 4
Stir-fry until ginger is browned then add dry fragrant garlic.
Step 5
Then add red pepper and spring onion to stir-fry.
Step 6
Pour chicken to stir fry. Then, add the seasoning: wine + soy sauce + cane sugar (the proportion is 4:2:1).
Step 7
Turn to low heat, stir occasionally until the sauce is dry.
Step 8
Add basil in and put the lid on.
Step 9
Finally, add little black sesame oil.
