Instructions
Step 1
Half the apples then peel and core them . Please then in a bowl of water with some lemon juice to stop them from browning

Step 2
Lightly grease a burger bun tray or a muffin tray works also but then you need to divide the apples into smaller pieces . Roll out the puff pastry then cut it into six ( or however many pies you are making depending on the tray you are using )
Step 3
Add a tablespoon of salted caramel into the center of each circle then fry the apples and put them core side down on top of the caramel . Slice a few slits in the top of the apple this is to help baking evenly . Then place the pastry over the apple making sure the pastry is around it and fold the excess pastry on top of itself . Brush with milk or egg wash and bake at 190 c 380 f for 20-25 minutes . Once baked cool completely then flip and serve
