Instructions

Step 1
Place a pizza stone or upside down baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven and preheat to 475. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin into 9-inch round. Lightly dust a parchment covered pizza peel with flour (or use another upside down baking sheet). Put the dough on the parchment. Carefully slide the pizza and parchment onto the hot stone and bake until the crust is lightly golden and puffy, about 7 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until crisp, about 6 minutes. Spoon the bacon onto paper towels and let drain. Combine the tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic, and oregano in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Carefully slide the crust and parchment back onto the pizza peel or upside-down baking sheet and remove from the oven. Let cool slightly, then carefully slice the crust in half horizontally with a serrated knife to make 2 thin crusts.
Step 4
Turn the pizza crusts cut side up on the parchment line pizza peel. Spread the sauce mixture over the crusts, then sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and bacon. Slide the pizzas and parchment back onto the hot stone and bake until the cheese melts and the crust is golden, about 8 more minutes. Sprinkle with the Parmesan.
