Increase the oven temperature to and bake the fries according to package directions. when the fries are done, lay the remaining slices of cheese on top of the fries and leave them in the oven, with the heat turned off, so the residual heat from the fries and oven melts the cheese.

meanwhile, cook the vegan ground according to package directions. Season with the garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika and continue to cook until heated through.
Step 6
to build the boats, fill them with meat mixture, some pepperoncinis, the fries, the caramelized onions, then finally the burger sauce. Slice and enjoy!
