1can pinto beans
drained and rinsed

1can black eyed peas
drained and rinsed
1 x 7 ouncecan of white shoepeg corn
rinsed and drained

½ csugar

½ cvinegar

½ coil

1mango
diced
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a small sauce pan combine oil, sugar, vinegar
Step 2
2. Heat to boil for 1 minute and then cool completely
Step 3
Combine all other ingredients into a big bowl and mix
Step 4
Pour vinegar mixture over big bowl mixture and mix well to coat
Step 5
Cover and marinate overnight
