Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C, 160°C fan, gas mark 6.
Step 2
To make the crust, place shallot, garlic, coriander leaves and lime juice in a small blender and blend to a thick paste. Add chopped hazelnuts.
Step 3
Place the fish in a baking dish and top with the nutty mixture. Drizzle 2-3 tbsp water around the fish to help steam it in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
Step 4
While the fish is cooking, steam the vegetables for 6-8 minutes, until tender.
