Instructions

Step 1
Prick the meat with 2 cloves of garlic. Place the water, 1 clove of garlic and the vegetable broth in the TMX bowl.
Step 2
Heat an oiled pan over medium heat and season the meat with salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary. Once the pan is hot, brown the meat on both sides (approx. 2 min./ side).
Step 3
Add the roast pork to the Varoma on damp parchment paper. Arrange the potatoes around the roast and the vegetables on the Varoma platter. Sprinkle all over with coarse salt and pepper, then steam for 20 min. Varoma Speed 1. Remove the Varoma and turn the meat, possibly removing the vegetables, if they are ready. Put the Varoma back in place and cook for 20 min. Varoma Speed 1. Remove the Varoma and keep warm.
Step 4
Reduce the cooking broth for 10 min. Varoma Speed 1, without the measuring cup. Add the cream, 50 g of baked potato, possibly 2 - 3 vegetables (according to your taste), a little pepper, then mix 30 sec. Speed 6 to 8.
Step 5
Cut the roast into nice even slices and place on a serving platter. Garnish the dish with the potatoes and vegetables and serve with the sauce.
