Cook pasta
Step 2
Mince garlic, slice sun-dried tomatoes and grate Parmesan cheese
Step 3
Heat olive oil in nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from pan and set aside

Lower heat and add garlic and peas and stir until fragrant
Step 5
Add milk and cream cheese to the pan and increase heat to medium. Once the milk is simmering, stir in the Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
Step 6
Add in cooked pasta and shrimp and stir to coat everything in the pot
Step 7
Portion out and add sun dried tomatoes and squeeze lemon over plate.
