An all time faveeeee lazy recipe. I come back to these easy noodle recipe whenever I don’t feel like cooking and want something quick! Credit to my gal @geo.gina_ for the instant noodle idea!
Sometimes I like it simple like this, and other times I like it with more veg! So you can add shredded carrot, zucchini or sliced mushrooms because they all cook quick too 😁
This is the perfect simple meal prep recipe and an awesome easy dinner idea!
Before anyone comes for me for being a basic white bitch and making something with no flavour… there is so much flavour from the stock powder (stock powder is literally just flavour lol) so plssss spare me. You can add soy sauce, miso, garlic, chilli, gochujang literally anything you want but I like it simple like this 😁

Step 1
Add everything to a bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover with a lid and let sit for a couple of minutes until noodles are cooked. Alternatively you can also microwave it for 2 minutes
