I was craving Chick-fil-A cookies on a Sunday and decided that I was going to do my best rendition of them 🍪

Instructions

Step 1
Combine room temperature butter and sugars in a mixing bowl

Crack one egg and add vanilla extract
Step 3
Add flour, salt and baking soda; mix until combined
Step 4
Add in uncooked one minute oats and chocolate chunks
Step 5
Let the dough cool for at least 30 minutes in the fridge
Step 6
Scoop cookie dough on silpat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 350 for 12 minutes
Step 8
Let the cookies cool for at least 5 minutes
