Ingredients

1 headromaine lettuce
4green onions
4radishes
1cucumber
1carrot
1avocado
¼ cupsunflower seeds
raw
¼ cupapple cider vinegar
2 teaspoonsraw honey
2garlic cloves
½ teaspoonsea salt
½ teaspoonfreshly ground Black pepper
½ cupextra-virgin olive oil
1 handfulfresh basil
1 handfulfresh parsley
1 tablespoonfresh oregano leaves
Instructions
Step 1
To make the salad, place the lettuce in a large bowl and top with the remaining salad ingredients.
Step 2
To make the dressing, place the vinegar, honey, garlic, if using, salt, and pepper in a blender and purée until smooth.
Step 3
Then add the oil and fresh herbs; blend on low speed until just combined.
Step 4
Serve the salad in individual portions and drizzle each with the dressing, this way, you can store any leftover salad in the refrigerator without it getting soggy from the dressing.
Step 5
Store any leftover dressing in a small glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
