Step 1
Blend all ingredients EXCEPT FOR CHOPPED FRUIT, into a blender or mixer until liquid smooth. Pour in to cupcake trays. Sprinkle the chopped fruit of choice, and a few dry oats into the each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
