Step 1
Mix the nut butter, maple syrup, flaxseed meal, lemon juice, pumpkin spice, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until creamy.
Step 2
Add the oats, blueberries, and raisins in a food processor. Pulse until crumbly and well combined.
Step 3
Combine the oat mixture and the nut butter mixture. Scoop out medium sized balls. Roll into the coconut flakes. Put in the fridge or freezer for storage. Enjoy!
