Instructions

Step 1
Add a couple of tables of olive oil into a deep casserole pan
Step 2
Heat, and add onion, pepper and carrot
Step 3
Fry them over a low-medium heat until softening
Step 4
Add the garlic, cabbage, oregano and bay leaves and stir well
Step 5
Add tomatoes and sausage and bring to simmer
Step 6
Add enough chicken stock to cover vegetables well
Step 7
Simmer for 15 mins until carrots are starting to go soft
Step 8
Add pasta and continue to simmer, adding more chicken stock to cover well
Step 9
Simmer gently until pasta is cooked
Step 10
Add plenty of salt and pepper
Step 11
Stir in beans until warmed through
Step 12
Serve
