I saw this on instagram and it’s just the easiest, best tomato sauce :)

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté chopped onions in olive oil, add garlic when nearly translucent.
Step 2
Add wine. It cuts the acidity of tomatoes without adding too much sugar. Plus, the smell of it is heavenly.
Step 3
Let the alcohol burn off.
Step 4
Add your tomatoes!
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, paprika and basil to taste. Then let it simmer for at least 20 min., but as long as you want.
Step 6
Use a hand blender or regular blender and that’s it :)
