quick and easy, try to make slaw the evening before you eat, giving cabbage time to soak. you can sub the cabbage/carrots for a bag of slaw mix 16oz/1lb.

Step 1
Make Dressing: Mix all spices and condiments together in a small bowl with a poor lip
Step 2
Make Salad: Put cabbage and carrots (or 1 bag of slaw mix), into a large mixing bowl
Step 3
Pour dressing onto salad, drizzling and spreading across as much salad as possible.
Step 4
Use child cheater / spatula to get all of dressing out of poor bowl.
Step 5
Mix thoroughly. It will look like there needs to be more dressing, but you wont need to add more.
Step 6
Put plasticstic wrap directly onto salad, to make sure aire doesnt get to slaw. Let sit in fridge for minimum 6, if not 12 hours.
Step 7
Mix slaw again when youre ready to serve. Use slotted spoon to keep juice in bowl.
